ITAMAE MIAMI is a family-run Nikkei in
spired restaurant that was founded in Miami Design District St. Roch Market in 2018. The 26-year-old chefs Valerie, Nando and Fernando Chang make taste dishes rooted in Peruvian-Japanese flavours and traditions.
